Centenary Homes For Men.

A Complete new roof including trusses, tiles & ceilings was installed at an approximate cost of R450 000. This project was completed in July 2001.

St. Augustines Hosptial Orthopaedic Ward - Main Contractor WBHO.

The old roof was borer infested and the whole roof could not be removed. The old roof was successfully repaired by intsalling new treated timber members against the borer infested members. Thereafter the intire roofing system was spray treated with an anti-borer chemical.

Parking deck - De Souza Family Trust.

The parking deck was waterproofed with a heat welded system with a pre-mix topping at a cost of R 169 843 and was completed in august 2000.

The Boulevard - Ballito.

We waterproofed the roof with a heat welded Membrane Waterproffing and over-coated with a bitumen based aluminium roof paint at a cost of R 69 827. This contract was completed March 2001.

Embury College - Windermere Road, Morningside.

We restored the roofs of three old buildings using Chromadek roof sheets and where necessary installed new trusses. This was an ongoing project and we completed the third building in March 2001.

Aluminium Roof Sheeting for the total cost of R156 143 and the work was completed in May 2000.

We waterproofed the roof with a heat welded torchon system. This job was done in two phases, the first in march 2000 and the second in June 2000 at a total cost of R181 210.
